State-of-the-art machining centers complement Sebro's machinery
Sebro continues to invest in modern production capacities and expanded its machinery to include two vertical CNC turning centers with driven tools. Particularly brake discs and drums in small and medium quantities benefit from the increase in flexibility and efficiency.
Sebro's production is climate-friendly
When it comes to gas, SEBRO has long been committed to CO2 neutrality. Now SEBRO continues to take on responsibility for the environment. Power is supplied from the company's own photovoltaic system and - if the demand is not met - only with green electricity.
Save CO2 with Sebro
The brake disc portfolio has been expanded to include lightweight composite brake discs. Instead of iron, the pot of these high-quality brake discs is made of aluminum. That saves weight and therefore CO2!
Sebro increases in-house production depth
In order to meet customer specific requirements such as datamaxtric-codes or customer logos Sebro now has a marking laser. It's suitable for cast iron, steel, aluminum and plastic parts.
Sebro supports Mainfranken Racing
Every year, this student racing team from Schweinfurt returns to tackle the development, manufacture and deployment of special formula racing cars. Various contests are held at international competitions between a number of academic teams. To ensure that the rather successful Mainfranken Racing team does not overshoot its target at these dynamic race weekends, we are helping the students to design the brake system and manufacturing the particularly delicate brake discs used.
Plant expansion
Following repeated investment in various machines by Sebro over recent years, we have worked together with a number of manufacturers to put a completely new production line for brake discs into operation. This facility has been housed in one of our new production halls and is resulting in significant improvements in both our capacity and efficiency.
Sebro moves to new premises
The time has finally come. After a construction period lasting just 12 months, we are able to move our manufacturing and administrative operations to our new premises. The expansion of our premises by more than 5000 m² gives us the space and state-of-the-art technical equipment we need so that we can continue to satisfy the ever-growing demands placed on our operations.
Reissue of brake discs for classic Alfa Romeo
Based on specially created pattern equipment we have re-issued classic Alfa Romeo brake discs for our customer OKP. It is now possible to equip models like GTA, Spider/Sprint/Berlina, Giulietta/Giulia an Montreal with high-quality products from Sebro. The suitable discs - Made in Germany - are available exclusively in the online shop of the company OKP Parts and Engineering GmbH.

New acquisition of measuring machine
We have decided to invest in new measuring equipment to increase our capacities in the field of quality assurance. We are talking about a 3D coordinate measuring machine from the company Zeiss with a wide range of possibilities of both tactile and scan measurements. The device has just been installed and released and the intensive staff training at Zeiss has also been carried out.
